Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) in Bucks County, PA to supervise Direct Support staff and oversee 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. You will work closely with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and maintain a harmonious environment for people supported and staff.

Responsibilities include coaching staff across shifts, conducting audits for medication administration, completing trainings, and participating in on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
