Job summary

Accessible Space, a nonprofit provider of group homes for adults with disabilities, seeks a compassionate Group Home Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across three residential sites in Las Vegas.

You will lead a 24-hour Direct Support Professional team, ensure health, safety, dignity, and individualized goals, and support residents toward independence while fostering a professional, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injury.
• At least one year of successful supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) is a plus.
• A genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Group Home Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Group Home Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of three residential community living sites serving adults with physical disabilities, neurological impairments, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and individualized goals of the people we support. You will lead and manage a 24‑hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) team, fostering a professional, collaborative work environment while supporting individuals to reach or maintain their highest level of independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injury
• At least one year of successful supervisory or management experience
• Experience working with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) is a plus
