About Access Services
Access Services is looking to grow our In‑Home and Community Supports team by hiring a Supervisor for our In‑Home Supports program, which has been helping families for 30+ years. We provide training, ongoing support, and equip Direct Support Professionals to provide one‑on‑one care to adults and children with intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. Our program helps individuals set personal goals, become contributing members of their communities, foster independence, and manage daily care routines.
Role Overview
You will be part of a team working with families and individuals to ensure individualized service plans and goal plans are carried out in the individual's home and community. You will manage a caseload of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, creating and executing goals toward an independent and successful life. As a supervisor you will represent the agency at the county level and oversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), supporting them to achieve outcomes and ensuring services are mission‑driven and high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Orient new staff to the program and the cases they will be working on.
- Provide ongoing supervision and development of assigned DSPs with a coaching mindset.
- Provide 5‑10 hours of direct care support to individuals in the program.
- Stay abreast of developments in the field related to service provision and intervention techniques.
- Coordinate and organize home and community supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Assist with the development, implementation, updating and review of individualized support plans that are strengths‑based and person‑centered.
- Attend all necessary meetings relating to both the support and coordination aspects of the individuals served.
- Maintain documentation and data related to your caseload.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Two years of supervisory experience in social services preferred.
- Valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.
- Two (2) years of driving experience.
- No driver’s license suspensions in the last 48 months.

Compensation and Work Schedule
- Starting rate: $44,000 annually, adjusted for education and experience.
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday during normal business hours with flexibility; evening and weekend shifts occasionally necessary.
- Supervisor participates in on‑call rotation with compensation.
