Job summary

Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a hospitality-minded Resident Support to join a caring team in a Life Plan Community. This part-time role includes 10:00am-6:30pm shifts, every other weekend, supporting residents with meals, laundry, and daily activities in a person-centered environment.

You will work with staff to ensure resident preferences are honored, maintain the household kitchen, and contribute to a warm, engaging community for seniors in a respected care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some experience in skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Food service sanitation course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals and cleaning the household kitchen(s).
• Collaborate with team to maintain household functioning per resident preferences.
• Wash dishes and handle trash removal after meals.
