Job summary

Sevita’s ResCare Community Living unit seeks a Program Supervisor to coordinate ISP implementation, oversee staff, and provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role includes scheduling, training, and ensuring quality care while promoting independence. The position offers full-time/part-time shifts across our services and opportunities for growth within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year related work experience is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification may be required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with team members and those served.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work or activities.
