Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will implement ISP plans, hire and train staff, and coordinate scheduling and oversight, while providing direct support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
