Job summary

Rawhide in New London, WI seeks a Group Home Program Manager to lead residential care operations, ensuring youth safety and high-quality outcomes. You’ll oversee staff, budgets, regulatory compliance, and PQI initiatives across group home units, with on-call crisis coverage and HR collaboration for staffing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 5 years working with at-risk youth, plus strong leadership and communication to drive program excellence aligned with Rawhide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Leadership experience with group homes or similar residential settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops Group Home and Overnight department staff.
• Oversees budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and staffing alignment with financial goals.
• Develops and implements systems to ensure regulatory compliance and COA readiness.
• Leads PQI initiatives and dashboards to report performance improvements.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations for staff.
