Job summary

Royal Crown Homes LLC in Burnsville, MN is seeking a dedicated Group Home Supervisor to lead our residential care team across three Burnsville sites. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure the safety and well-being of residents while maintaining high-quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Minnesota DHS regulations, and a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential care, group home, or human services setting required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations and residential licensing standards in Minnesota.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support direct care staff in day-to-day residential operations
• Oversee the health, safety, and well-being of all group home residents
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care and support plans
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Communicate with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and resident records
• Divide direct care and supervisory responsibilities
• Be on an alternating on call rotation
• Reports directly to Exec. Program Manager
