Job summary

CareSpot LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Group Home Manager to lead a small team and provide high-quality care for three residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role blends hands-on caregiving with administrative duties, including medication administration, documentation, budgeting, and coordinating transportation to medical, dental, and community activities.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with compensation between $19.00 and $19.50

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Group Home Manager serving the DDD population.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Female candidate (per program requirements).
• Must have a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean 36-month driving record.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card from AZ DPS.
• CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention & Support certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration, documentation, and supply management.
• Coordinate transportation for medical, dental, and community activities.
• Develop staff schedules and supervise, mentor, and train personnel.
• Maintain monthly documentation of members’ health and progress.
• Manage home budget and recordkeeping.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
