Job summary

Dungarvin in New Jersey seeks a House Manager to coordinate daily program operations and supervise staff across locations. You will ensure all services are delivered per plans, health and safety needs are met, and staff are trained and supported to provide person-centered care.

The role emphasizes team leadership, documentation, budgeting oversight, and strong communication with families and vendors to maintain high-quality residential supports.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in related social services field and/or two years of experience in IDD field.
• Experience in developmental disabilities and supervisory roles preferred.
• Person-centered, patient and kind with teamwork mindset.
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible and detail oriented.
• Strong documentation skills and reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily services and communications to individuals.
• Provide daily supervision and oversight of staff at each location.
• Ensure health care, nutrition and wellbeing needs are met.
• Coordinate changes in services, hospitalizations and issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of home and vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with emergency procedures and safety requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with team members, vendors and community.
• Oversee budgeting, spending and reporting as required.
