Job summary

A prominent nonprofit service provider in Delaware seeks a Residential Service Associate to support individuals with mental health needs in group homes. Responsibilities include treatment planning, documentation, and individual support. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma and have experience with mental illness. Certifications in CPR and Crisis Prevention are essential. The position includes significant community interaction and collaboration with multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record is required.
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Investigative Report.

Responsibilities

• Participate in treatment planning and case conferences with other staff.
• Provide individual support and counseling to clients.
• Document and inform all changes in the consumer’s status.
