Qualifications

• At least two years of experience supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Training in principles of self-care and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living skills and medication.
• Participate in treatment planning and case conferences.
• Document changes in consumers’ mental or social status.
