Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in the human services field.
• Valid NYS drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of a group home.
• Provide on‑site support and supervision to staff.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities and budgets.
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals and their families.
