Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare, disability services, or residential services.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and maintain clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for individuals, guardians, and care coordinators.
• Process new intakes and maintain intake, eligibility, assessment, transfer, and service documentation.
• Coordinate admissions, move-ins, transfers, discharges, and move-outs for assigned homes.
• Monitor health, safety, service delivery, and regulatory compliance; ensure quality assurance.
