Job summary

Jewish Family & Children's Service seeks a Residential Manager for a DDS-funded group home in Brighton. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high-quality, person-centered support for five women with intellectual disabilities.

The position offers full-time weekday work with on-site responsibilities, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to promote health, safety, and community integration for residents.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least five years of experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to be flexible in schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff, including onboarding and monthly 1:1 supervisions, meetings, and evaluations.
• Manage staff scheduling, call-outs, and relief coverage.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations including administrative, facility, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate all client care including medical management, skill development, and social/recreational activities.
• Complete paperwork to meet DDS regulations regarding service planning and financial management.
