Assistant Manager – Green Twp NJ Group Home

This position pays $23.00 per hour and requires prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities in a community‑based residential setting. A college degree is preferred. The role involves a combination of day, evening and weekend hours, with schedule flexibility as program needs arise.

Responsibilities

The right person for this position must be able to work as a highly responsible team member, providing encouraging support to the people we serve through the challenges of daily life. Under supervision of the Program Manager, the assistant manager will also provide leadership and support to staff at the program.

Minimum Requirements

• 18 Years of Age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Computer Skills
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Previous Experience in the Field
