Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Group Home Manager in Michigan to oversee daily operations of a residential program, ensure resident safety, and guide staff. The position requires at least two years in mental health services or residential programs and a high school diploma.

You will supervise staff, manage treatment plans, coordinate care, and handle on-call emergencies. You will ensure compliance with policies, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in resident evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications preferred.
• At least two years in mental health or residential program operations.
• Strong staff supervision and program management abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review resident treatment plans with residents and treatment team.
• Manage resident entitlements and financial records.
• Coordinate medical, dental, and psychiatric care for residents.
• Monitor residents’ medication needs and health metrics.
• Respond to incidents with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed resident records and data accuracy.
• Transport residents to appointments as needed.
• Communicate with guardians, payees, and families.
