Job summary

The supervisor will conduct staff training, performance reviews, and medication audits, while staying within budget guidelines and providing after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability required.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. and CPR after certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Liaises with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
• Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
• Monitors training requirements and event attendance.
• Oversees three shifts across facilities and ensures safety and harmony.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation.
