Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD in Mercer County group homes. Full-time and part-time openings in West Middlesex and Sharpsville, PA, offering $18.00-$23.00 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

As a DSP, you will help residents live safely and with dignity, provide companionship, document progress, and participate in ongoing training. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 18+ years old or older
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently and as part of a team within the group home environment
