Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Group Home Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) at our North Group Home in West Middlesex, PA.

We offer full-time and part-time hours with morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Training is provided; paid onboarding and weekly pay are available. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred; not required — paid training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently and as part of a team within the group home environment.
