We are seeking a dependable and compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN)to provide nursing support across several residential group homes throughout Southern Maine.
This is a field-based nursing positionwhere the nurse will travel between multiple residential locations to provide medication administration, medication documentation and review, nursing oversight, and supervision.
Each residential home supportstwo residents, with1–2 caregivers present at all times. The nurse will work collaboratively with caregivers and other members of the care team to ensure residents receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
The position will support approximately12 residential group homes, with two residents per home.

The ideal candidate is an organized and confident nurse who enjoys working independently while still being part of a broader care team. This role is well suited for an RN who is comfortablemoving between locations, reviewing medication practices, supporting caregivers, and providing hands-on nursing oversightin a residential environment.
