Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in group home management or caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring they receive appropriate and personalized support.
• Monitor and assess the well-being and progress of residents, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Coordinate medical appointments, therapies, and other services for residents.
• Manage resident medication ordering and changes.
• Address and resolve resident issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Train and supervise group home staff and conduct regular staff meetings and evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records on resident care, staff schedules, and incidents; prepare budgets and track expenses.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports, and ensure on-site safety and compliance.
