Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least two years in healthcare/disability/residential services.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and maintain clearances.
• Meet group-home compliance, training, and credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for individuals, guardians, and care teams.
• Process new intakes and maintain intake/eligibility documentation.
• Coordinate admissions, move-ins, transfers, and discharges.
• Schedule home visits and team meetings; document follow-up needs.
• Provide guidance and training to residential staff on policies and procedures.
• Monitor health, safety, and regulatory compliance across homes.
