Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Kentucky RN license and a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum two years nursing in home care and one year supervisory experience.
• CPR certification and TB skin test or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of patient services staff and case managers.
• Coordinate care services and perform case management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, federal, state regulations, and reimbursement guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and evaluate care needs.
• Conduct supervisory visits for Home Health Aide patients every two weeks.
