Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead a variety of entertaining, educational, and safe fitness classes. You will promote Life Time programs and maintain positive relationships with members to boost attendance and satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to instruct a range of group formats across Strength, Cardio, Barre, Cycle, Yoga, and more, within a dynamic club environment that emphasizes health, energy, and community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of fitness instructor experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• One of NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA certifications or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with class participants and teach a variety of classes.
• Educa te class participants on correct form and alternative moves.
• Listen to members, answer questions, and engage in conversation before/after classes.
• Clean and organize studio space after each class.
• Provide current music for each class that motivates while ensuring appropriate language.
• Promote Life Time promotions, programs, products, and services.
