Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead diverse classes and promote our programs in a dynamic studio environment. You will build strong relationships with members, demonstrate proper technique, and maintain an energetic, safe space for all participants.

The role covers a wide range of formats, from strength to cardio, with compensation per class and eligibility for Life Time benefits. Strong communication and certified fitness instruction are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of fitness instructor work experience.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Certification from NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA or equivalent.
• Ability to perform aerobic activities for class duration.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining classes.
• Educate class participants on correct form and alternative moves.
• Attentively listen to members, answer questions, and engage in conversation before and after classes.
• Clean and organize studio space after each class.
• Provide current music for each class that entertains and motivates while ensuring appropriate language.
• Promote Life Time promotions, programs, products, and services to encourage participation.
