Job summary

Fitometry Health Club is seeking a Group Exercise Manager to lead recruitment, training, and development of instructors. You will build a reliable roster, establish standards, and ensure a welcoming, well-coached class experience that keeps members engaged and returning.

The role requires coordinating scheduling, delivering coaching sessions, and partnering with operations to promote classes and grow participation. Part-time or full-time opportunity with base + bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized group fitness certification must be current.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Proven ability to recruit, evaluate, and coach instructors.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor recruitment across formats (strength, cardio, cycling, mind-body).
• Design onboarding & development programs for instructors.
• Monitor class quality and member experience; provide feedback and coaching.
• Plan schedules based on attendance, instructor strengths, and studio capacity.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and member engagement teams.
