Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor in Champlin, MN to lead diverse formats such as Strength, Cardio, Barre, Cycle, and Yoga. You’ll motivate members, teach proper form, and build relationships that boost attendance across Life Time programs and services.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and at least one recognized group fitness credential (NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA). Compensation is per class, with benefits for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Active NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining classes.
• Educate participants on correct form and safe alternatives during workouts.
• Listen to members, answer questions, and engage before and after classes.
• Clean and organize studio space after each class.
• Provide current music for classes that motivates while ensuring appropriate language.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services to boost class participation.
