Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead diverse, engaging classes in a safe and supportive environment. You will educate members on proper form, maintain energy, and foster positive relationships to drive attendance.

The role involves teaching a variety of formats, from strength to cardio, while promoting Life Time programs and services. CPR/AED certification and NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of fitness instructor work experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification and one of NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and regularly lift 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Develops positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining classes.
• Educates class participants on correct form and alternative moves during the fitness routine.
• Attentively listens to members, answer questions, and engage in conversation before and after classes.
• Cleans and organizes studio space after each class.
• Promotes Life Time promotions, programs, products, and services while encouraging participation for the Classes at Life Time.
