Job summary

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness certification (ACE, ACSM, AFAA or equivalent).
• Ability to conduct safe and effective classes.
• Current certifications for specific class formats, including adult CPR/AED.
• Able to work a minimum number of hours per week on a set schedule.
• Good communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic group fitness classes for participants with varying fitness levels.
• Count, cue, and organize choreography for each class.
• Provide a safe and fun environment and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain group fitness equipment, rooms, and storage areas.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and adhere to Mines policies.
