VASA Fitness is opening a brand‑new club and assembling a team now. Training starts in September as we build the culture from day one. This role offers an upbeat, high‑energy environment and the chance to influence members through fun, inclusive classes.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you’ll lead diverse classes, energize participants, and uphold our UPLIFT values while delivering exceptional member experiences in a welcoming studio setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold current certification for applicable group fitness format.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Energetic and able to teach and motivate large groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑energy, engaging group fitness classes to members.
• Greet members, monitor form, and ensure safety during sessions.
• Maintain room readiness and post‑class cleanup procedures.
• Promote classes to retain and attract new participants.
• Communicate clearly and adapt to various fitness levels.
