Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to lead a variety of entertaining and educational group classes in a safe, supportive environment.

You’ll work to meet daily attendance goals and actively promote Life Time programs, products, and services while connecting with members. You will instruct across Strength, Cardio, Barre, Cycle, Boxing/Kickboxing and Yoga formats, delivering motivating, music-driven workouts and ensuring a high-energy, inclusive studio experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of fitness instructor experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum of NASM, ACE, AFAA or AEA group exercise certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with class participants.
• Educate participants on correct form and alternative moves.
• Listen to members and engage before/after classes.
• Clean and organize studio space after each class.
• Provide current music for each class with appropriate language.
• Promote Life Time promotions, programs, products and services.
