Qualifications

• 0–1 year of fitness instruction or training experience.
• CPR/AED and format-specific certification required.
• Yoga or cycle specialty certifications encouraged.
• Must hold current format certification for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional fitness experience in every class.
• Ensure the VUME experience is applied in all sessions.
• Be punctual, prepared, and greet members at the door.
• Safely demonstrate movements and actively monitor performance.
• Clean, sanitize and organize the space after each class.
• Be approachable, professional and responsive to member needs.
• Teach clear, safe routines with options for all levels.
• Inspire a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic class community.
