Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a passionate Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and guide members on their fitness journeys. You’ll deliver a superior group exercise experience, get to know members, and help them meet their goals while embodying the tribe’s vibrant culture.

You’ll run warm-ups to cooldowns, ensure safety with CPR/AED readiness, and collaborate with staff through trainings and club updates.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during group fitness classes.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals and stay engaged.
• Respond to member issues concerning group fitness with care.
• Accurately track class attendance numbers.
• Attend weekly emails, Zooms, and quarterly staff meetings.
