Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor in Midwest City, OK to deliver high-energy group classes and create an engaging member experience. You’ll know members personally, guide them toward their goals, and uphold the brand standards from warm-up to cool-down.

The role requires national group fitness certification (AFAA/ACE/NASM preferred) and CPR/AED, with a focus on customer service, attendance tracking, and active participation in staff communications.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels required (bootcamp, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, HIIT).
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience.
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs and quarterly staff meetings.
