Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Yukon, OK is hiring a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-energy classes and support members on their fitness journey. You’ll know our members by name, tailor motivation, and help them feel visible and supported during every session.

This role requires Nationally Accredited certification, CPR/AED, and the ability to create a safe, inclusive class experience. You’ll track attendance, participate in staff updates, and contribute to a welcoming club culture

Qualifications

• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience.
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond with care to member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate in weekly emails and monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings for onsite training and new class rollouts.
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
