Qualifications

• Nationally accredited group fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience teaching diverse group classes (bootcamp, cardio, strength) is preferred.
• Strong communication and outstanding customer service orientation is essential.
• Ability to motivate members and maintain high-energy, inclusive class environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy group fitness classes to a diverse member base.
• Help members achieve personal fitness goals through guided instruction.
• Respond to member concerns and foster a positive class experience.
• Track attendance and participate in weekly emails and quarterly trainings.
• Engage with the instructor portal and promote brand promotions across social channels.
