Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a passionate Group Fitness Instructor to deliver engaging, high-energy classes and guide members on their fitness journeys. You will know members by name, tailor classes to diverse abilities, and uphold Crunch’s commitment to community and wellness.

You will lead warm-ups through cool-downs, maintain professional standards, and collaborate with club leadership to promote the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during member Group Fitness classes.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals on their journey.
• Respond to member issues concerning group fitness classes with care.
• Accurately track class attendance numbers.
• Participate in weekly emails and monthly Zooms.
• Attend quarterly onsite staff meetings for training and rollouts of new classes.
• Be involved with the instructor portal and brand promotions on social media.
