The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking an enthusiastic Program Instructor to lead health, wellness, sports and group exercise sessions on-site. You will create a welcoming, non-competitive atmosphere and ensure safety for all participants while delivering high-quality instruction.

You will be responsible for planning sessions, demonstrating exercises, adjusting to participant needs, and fostering a positive member experience through engaging activities and supportive supervision.
