Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Program Instructor to provide quality leadership and supervision while teaching health, wellness, sports or group exercise classes in a safe, non-competitive environment for members.

Experience leading group exercise is preferred; knowledge of basic exercise science and fitness class leadership is a plus. You will be expected to learn and demonstrate aerobic choreography and maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 60–90 days of employment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading group exercise is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic exercise science is preferred.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate aerobic choreography.
• Maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 60–90 days of employment.
