• Must have strong communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead energizing, safe, and engaging group exercise classes for varied ages and abilities.
• Modify instruction to support participants’ goals, needs, and limitations.
• Build authentic relationships that foster community, motivation, and trust.
• Provide guidance on form, technique, and equipment use.
• Stay current on fitness trends and YMCA expectations.
• Record class attendance and communicate with Wellness team.
