Crunch Fitness in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment.

You will attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines, address member requests, and demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand in alignment with our mission. This role requires maintaining required education and certifications and adhering to the uniform policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Class Delivery & Member Experience

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement

Standards & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times
