Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe classes in a welcoming environment at our Oxford, AL locations. You will motivate members and ensure sessions adhere to Crunch formats while delivering outstanding member experiences.

The role emphasizes maintaining professional standards, completing required certifications, and following all club policies, including uniform guidelines, to support the Crunch mission.

Qualifications

• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines

A Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Class Delivery & Member Experience

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement

Standards & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
