Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment.

You will deliver classes per Crunch format guidelines, attend instructor training, address member requests, and uphold brand standards with a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement.
• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.

Class Delivery & Member Experience

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement

Standards & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times
