Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment. You will deliver classes according to the Crunch format and training, addressing member requests as needed.

Maintain all required certifications and adhere to the uniform policy while aligning with Crunch brand values and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and follow class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Class Delivery & Member Experience

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement

Standards & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times
