Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe classes and create an inclusive environment for members at our Greenville, SC location.

You will attend instructor training, deliver workouts per Crunch formats, and address member requests while upholding the Crunch brand values and policies.

Qualifications

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times

A Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Class Delivery & Member Experience

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement
