Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Minnesota is seeking a Group Fitness Coordinator to recruit and train a team of fitness instructors, deliver a superior class experience, and engage with members on their fitness journeys. You will shape schedules, programs, and performance, while maintaining a high-energy, inclusive club culture.

You will lead the Class-ic Training Program, coordinate new group fitness programming, and ensure accurate payroll and timely class coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating group fitness schedules.
• Certified Group Fitness Instructor and CPR/AED certification required.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules across multiple instructors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Crunch Fitness Class-ic Training Program.
• Recruit, hire, train and oversee development of Class-ic Instructors.
• Facilitate the implementation of new Group Fitness programming.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular class schedules with full coverage.
• Respond to member issues and ensure high-quality class experiences.
• Manage payroll and reporting to ensure instructors are paid on time.
• Lead quarterly staff meetings and on-site training sessions.
• Coordinate with Club Management for events and communications.
• Teach approximately 10% of group fitness classes.
