Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Minnesota seeks a Group Fitness Instructor passionate about guiding members on their fitness journey and delivering engaging classes. You’ll lead high-energy, inclusive sessions, learn members’ goals, manage class flow, and stay connected with leadership and promotions.

CPR/AED and national certification are required, as is ability to lift up to 50 lbs and strong customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience teaching group fitness classes of various formats (bootcamp, Zumba, HIIT, etc.).
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high-energy, engaging class environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience.
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate in weekly emails and monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend quarterly onsite training and new quarter class rollout.
• Engage with instructor portal and social media for updates and promotions.
