Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Minnesota is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and inspire members on their fitness journey.

You will deliver motivating instruction, track attendance, participate in trainings, and support club culture while upholding our brand standards. Nationally accredited certification and CPR/AED are required, with opportunities to grow within the expanding tribe.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during group fitness classes.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals on their journey.
• Respond with care to member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Track class attendance numbers; engage with weekly emails and trainings.
