Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Group Fitness Coordinator to recruit, train, and lead a team of Class-ic Instructors. You will oversee scheduling, programming and member experience across our clubs in Texas and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Experience with group fitness scheduling and program management.
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise fitness instructors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group Fitness training program and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop Class-ic Instructors.
• Implement new Group Fitness programming.
• Prepare and manage class schedules and coverage.
• Respond to member issues related to classes.
• Manage payroll and instructor payments.
• Coordinate quarterly staff trainings and club meetings.
• Lead by example and promote Crunch culture.
